Discounts and Price Adjustments

Purchases made before a product or service is discounted are not eligible for refunds, price adjustments, or discount credits.

Purchases made during a sale or promotional period are also not eligible for refunds, price adjustments, or discount credits if the applicable discount code was not used at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Cancellations

One-Time Digital Purchases
All sales of one-time digital products and services are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided.

Month-to-Month Social Media Management
Social media management services are billed on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel their social media management service by providing written notice 14 days before their next billing date.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for unused days or services remaining within a billing period.

Any work, content, or services already scheduled, created, or completed before the cancellation effective date will remain subject to the applicable fees.

Setup Fee
The initial setup fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers the time and work required to set up the social media management service. The setup fee is separate from the monthly management fee and is not refundable if the client later cancels their service.

Cancellation of the month-to-month service does not result in a refund or credit of the setup fee.

Disclaimer

The materials on Markedli.com’s website are provided as is. Markedli.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Customer shall not decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software tools (including the tools, methods, processes, and infrastructure) underlying the Services or any other software on the Markedli.com Web site.

Markedli.com Services may be used only for lawful purposes.
