WordPress Maintenance Packages

Running a website can be a lot of work. As an admin you need to create new content and keep your site updated. To maintenance your site yourself you’d need to invest in premium plugins such as backup, security, image optimization and performance plugins. On top of getting the premium plugins you’d need to optimize them. So using a WordPress maintenance service isn’t really that bad idea. All the back-end work will be handled by a maintenance provider, freeing you up to focus on running your business.

More frequent backups are available (daily) for an extra fee. For most sites weekly backups are more than enough.

Most Common Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers

How does onboarding work?

After choosing the care plan that is best for you, you’ll get a welcome email with information about the plan and instructions on how to submit us your login information securely.

I’ll have your plan completely deployed in 24-48 hours once you give login credentials for your WordPress dashboard and hosting provider. This includes a 200+ item checklist to thoroughly optimize your website.

The speed improvements can take up to a week because we have to optimize everything for your unique theme, core files, and plugins, and we want to be careful not to cause any downtime. Therefore, rather than taking a chance on potentially jeopardizing your website, we take our time and make sure everything is done correctly.

Additionally, we’ll send you emails as our work progresses to keep you informed.

On the first Monday after your registration with us, you should anticipate receiving your first weekly report. If you join up over the weekend, we might not deliver your first report to you until the following Monday to make sure everything is ready.

Does it matter what hosting provider I'm using?

No! No matter where your website is hosted, we will work with it as long as it’s running a self-hosted WordPress (not free WordPress.com builder).

We are aware that every website has a unique set of requirements and that people have budgets they must stick to. Having said that, we might be unable to meet your speed and security requirements with a shared hosting company.

What does the on-page SEO include?

We will review your site and install a premium SEO plugin that will help your site rank better. You will receive SEO recommendations (if applicable). We will also check for broken URLs, 404s, multiple redirections and other harmful issues that can reduce your ability to rank in search engines.

How many websites can I have under one plan?

Under every plan you can have only one single site, domain, subdomain or WordPress installation. If you have multiple websites that you need maintenance plans, please contact us.

If you want us to handle for example three websites, you’ll need three plans, one for each website.

Do you offer phone support?

With the minimalist price structure, it just makes sense for us to manage all of the support through email.

Although we don’t provide phone support, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and you’ll find the email help to be quick, efficient, and friendly.

Does the unused time roll over to next month?

Any unused time does not roll over to the next month.
